Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host a Chinese Culture Festival with the International Cultural Center and students from Heidelberg University and Tiffin University on Saturday, February 8 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.

This event is for the entire family, complete with crafts, games and demonstrations that may include a chopsticks contest, Chinese paper cutting and folding, Chinese jump rope, Chinese calligraphy and astrology and more.
